Bessie Lou Jones, 84, of Powder Springs, Georgia, was born on August 1, 1939, to parents Henry L. Garrett and Mary Goodman Garrett. Ms. Jones departed from this life to the next on November 27, 2023.

The Public Visitation will be held before the service on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1130 W 14th St, Anniston, AL 36201 from 11:00AM - 12:00PM CST

The Funeral Service will be held after the visitation on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1130 W 14th St, Anniston, AL 36201 at 12:00PM CST

The interment will be held immediately following the funeral service Saturday December 9, 2023, at  Forestlawn Gardens, 730 Golden Springs Road Anniston, AL 36207
