Clarence Kincaid, 86, of Cartersville, Georgia was born on July 9, 1935 to parents Henry Ervin and Louise Kincaid. On October 15, 2021 the Lord welcomed Mr. Clarence Kincaid into the Kingdom of eternal glory.
