Debbie Ann Carter, 57, of Powder Springs, was born January 01, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York to parents James and Hattie Carter. Sister Carter was called  to receive her crown from the Lord on August 05, 2020.

The family will welcome guests for the viewing/ visitation on Saturday, August 8, 2020 for 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta St. Powder Springs, Ga 30127.

The funeral services will follow the next day on Sunday, August 9, 2020 for 1:00 PM at Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta St. Powder Springs, Ga 30127.
