Georgia Mae Cook was born June14,1930 in Inola, Oklahoma. She departed this life January 30, 2022 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. Georgia was the daughter of Joseph and Clara Haney Cook.
Georgia is survived by one sister Charlesetta Woods of Dallas, Georgia. Georgia was never married and she never had any children. She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and relocated in 2001 to Denver, Colorado to live with her sister. They both moved to Georgia in June 2019.
Georgia enjoyed getting her hair done, manicures and pedicures. She was a home body who enjoyed her me time.
Georgia leaves to cherish her memories: Charlesetta Woods (Sister) and a host of nieces and nephews. A very special Thank You to her niece Robin Christy who helped take care of Georgia for the past two years.
