Her family will host a visitation on Friday February 20, 2015 at 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Homes Chapel, 4405 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127. Her funeral service will be Saturday February 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 4192 Brownsville Road, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127. Interment for Mrs. Hattie Carter will follow after the funeral service at Powder Springs Memorial Garden, Old Austell Road, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127.
