James Smith Jr., 71, of Austell, Georgia was born on May 20, 1950, to parents Gertrude Bryant Smith and James Smith Sr.. On February 12, 2022, the Lord welcomed Brother James Smith Jr. into the kingdom of eternal glory.

The funeral home will welcome guests for a public visitation on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta St., Powder Springs, GA 30127.

The Funeral Service will be held the following day on Saturday, February 19, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 4192 Brownsville Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127.

The Interment will be held immediately after the Funeral Services on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Causey Chapel Cemetery, 3429 Humphries Hill Road, Austell, GA 30106.
