With deepest sorrow and aching hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Kennon Clark Peters, who was with us for only the briefest yet most radiant eight years. Kennon was born on August 26, 2018, bringing light and love into the world from the very beginning. On July 24, 2026, Kennon departed from us much too soon, leaving behind a void that can never be filled, but also a legacy of joy, tenderness, and unforgettable moments.

In Kennon's short time with us, he touched so many lives through his unmistakable spirit and bright presence. Although so young, Kennon’s laughter and curiosity made every day a new adventure for those who knew and cherished him. Each smile, each hug, each sparkling glance gave hope and happiness to those around him. To know Kennon was to know the purity of a child’s love and the wonder that they bring to the simplest moments—be it through spontaneous laughter, playful energy, or gentle kindness towards others.

Those privileged to share in Kennon’s days will never forget the tremendous warmth he radiated. His heart was wide open, inviting all to share in his world and reminding everyone of innocence and possibility. In every setting, Kennon brought light—his presence more powerful than words, his affection a source of comfort, courage, and joy.

While his days were all too few, Kennon's spirit will remain with us eternally. He has left an imprint on all our hearts—one that will inspire love, tenderness, and resilience in the face of life’s most difficult moments. Though our grief is deep, we hold on to those precious memories and to his enduring impact on our lives.

Family and friends are invited to gather and remember Kennon’s bright spirit. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, from noon to 1:00 p.m. at Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta St, Powder Springs, GA 30127. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the same location. All who were touched by Kennon’s life are welcome as we join together in remembrance and love.
