Lailah Renee Higgs, 12, of Kennesaw, Georgia was born on May 24, 2011, to her mother, Kenyetta Monique Steel. Lailah departed from this life to the next on February 14, 2024.

The Public Visitation will be held the day before the service on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM, at Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta Street, Powder Springs GA, 30217.

The Funeral Service will be held the day after the visitation on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Located at 566 Whitlock Avenue NW Marietta, GA 30064.

In lieu of sending flowers, Lailah's mom (Kenyetta) asks that you please make a donation to the Pediatric Cancer Research Fund at The University of Michigan- Koschmann Clinical Research Lab.
