Lelia "Louise" Bedford 89, of Powder Springs, Georgia was born on February 7, 1929 in Powder Springs, Georgia to her late parents J.Y. Watts, Sr. and Willie Inez Marshall. Mrs. Bedford was one of the saints marching in when the Lord trumpeted her home on March 26, 2018. Her daughter Minister Vivian Blount will welcome guest for her mother's viewing on March 30, 2018 for 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the funeral homes chapel, 4405 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, GA 30127. Mrs. Bedford's Celebration of life service will take place on Saturday March 31, 2018 for 1:00 PM and her body will lie instate for 12:00 PM at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 4192 Brownsville Road, Powder Springs, GA 30127 under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Ralph Steed. Interment will follow the Celebration service in the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
