Quincey Gamar Norman 36, of Decatur, Georgia was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 30, 1980 to his parents A.J. Norman and Mary Silverman. His life's journey came to an abrupt end on January 27, 2017. The family of Quincey will gather to honor his memory Thursday February 9, 2017 for 3:00 PM at First Norman Grove Baptist Church, 613 Glendale Road, Scottdale, GA 30079.
