Rosalyn A. Phillips 80, of Riverdale, Georgia was born in Atlanta, Georgia on December 4, 1938 to her parents Alfred Flowers and Thelma Booker. The Lord received Rosalyn back home on February 20, 2019. Her family will welcome guest for a memorial service to honor her life on Monday, February 25, 2019 for 1:00 PM to be held in the funeral homes chapel, 4405 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, GA 30127. A Memory hour will be held prior to the start of the service for 12:00 PM, also in the funeral homes chapel.
