Rosetta Torres 48, of Elizabethtown, North Carolina was born January 23, 1968 in Copiague, New York to Herbert and Marie Byrd. Her untimely passing of December 25, 2016 has affected her family tremendously. Her two daughters and their father will miss Rosetta the most. The family will hold a private memorial service in North Carolina TBD.
