Thomas Henry Woolfolk, 75, of Powder Springs, GA was born on October 13, 1948, to his parents James Si Stevenson Woolfolk and Bernice White Woolfolk.

Mr. Woolfolk departed from this life to the next on April 17, 2024.

The Funeral Service will be held immediately after the visitation on Thursday May 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. 4192 Brownsville Rd., Powder Springs, Georgia 30127
