Willie Lajerald Thomas, best known as "Lajearld" was born June 13, 1966 to late Jettie L. Jackson and Willie Thomas, Sr.

Lajerald graduated from John Muir High School in Pasadena, CA., in 1984 where he excelled on the varsity baseball team. In the years prior to high school Lajerald was an all star little league player.

Lajerald served in the United Air Force in which he received a training degree in the medical field. He was working at Bole Restaurant as a Cook and FedEx as a package handler.

On September 14, 2022, the Lord called Lajerald home.

He leaves a daughter, Alijah, his sons; Jahra and Jahlwey Thomas, all in Columbia, Maryland.
