Brenda Kay Ward

Brenda Kay Ward was born on December 12, 1948 in Smyrna, GA to parents William “Pete” and Ethel Godfrey.

Brenda was a great family woman and a loving mother. She married Frank Ward in 1972 and the couple had two children together.

Brenda was very social, where she enjoyed her family and friends as well as winning money at Bingo and The Casino.

Brenda was preceded in death by her Father and Mother Pete and Ethel Godfrey; and her niece Lisa McCall Still.

Brenda Ward is survived by her loving devoted husband of 50 years Frank Ward, of Powder Springs, GA; her two sons, Travis (Beth) Ward, of Marietta, GA and Greg Ward, of Panama City Beach, FL; and her two sisters Susan Dorris, of Powder Springs, GA and Teresa (John) McCall of Dallas, GA and two grandchildren, Cayden Ward and Kennedy Ward.

The Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, GA 30127.

The Funeral Services will be held the following day on Thursday, June 16, 2022 beginning at 2:00 Pm inside the chapel of Greener Pastures Funeral Home, 4405 Marietta Street, Powder Springs, GA 30127.
